How long does it take to setup a new account?

Accounts are provisioned instantly upon signup and ready for use immediately.

How long does it take to port a number?

Expedited ports can port in as little as 1 day. On average phone numbers are ported to Circuit ID™ within 7 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Mobile app users can purchase subscriptions in the app store where they installed the app. Additionally, our online portal accepts credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, Cash App, Bitcoin, Venmo, and Zelle. All payments must be received prior to the due date, with late fees applied to payments received afterward. For more information, please refer to our terms of service. Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle payments must be arranged with our billing department. Contact us for further details.

How do I receive my invoices?

Mobile app users can view invoices in the app store where they installed the app. Users who use our online portal will receive invoices via email and are available for download online 24/7. No paper statements will be generated.

How can I receive faxes?

Inbound faxes will be displayed in the mobile app, accessible through our online portal, and a copy will be sent to your email. Additionally, you will receive an inbound notification in the mobile app.

Is it possible to use an existing fax number?

Yes, you can port your number over for free. Alternatively, you can forward calls to your number on our platform. Please note that call forwarding can sometimes reduce call quality and may cause issues with receiving faxes.

How long will it take until my fax is transmitted?
